WARNING Cvar cl_maxpackets (=15) must be INSIDE 30 to 100
When your maxpackets are set to incorrect value, a similar warning appears: “WARNING Cvar cl_maxpackets (=15) must be INSIDE 30 to 100”.

Open your console (by pressing the ~ key) and type in /cl_maxpackets 30 and press the Enter key. You also can set this, to any value between 30 and 100 (even 31, 67 or 99).
