With r_displayrefresh you can set your game refresh rate depending on your monitors refresh rate values.

Usage:
/seta r_displayrefresh 100
then do:
/vid_restart

Values: “60″ to ?

If your monitor is a CRT monitor you can use from 60 to whatever maximum rate your monitor can support.
If you are using a TFT monitor you can use 60, because most of the TFT’s only support this value.
