The cg_drawFPS it displays your actual FPS (Frame Per Second), at the right middle side of your screen.

Usage:
/seta cg_drawFPS 1

Values: “0″ or “1″
Default: “0″ (not displaying the FPS)

Note:
This can be very useful when playing, because you can check your fps in the game at any time and understand why you can or can’t see the movements smoothly. If the movements are not smooth, it’s time to check the graphic settings and turn them lower.
